Job description
The ideal candidate must be Min. B - Comm with experience in an FMCG CO Food products Sales activities knowledge of FMCG processed foods production, distribution / marketing activities will be added advantage. Candidate must possess excellent skills and experience in advance excel, MIS, reporting, Distribution, promotions & analytical of various sales, marketing & accounting.
The candidate would be involved efficiently in day-to-day operations of the company and coordinating with sales & marketing and production team employees. must be well aware of cost saving strategies & analysis.
coordinate with vendors, procurement.
Well versed with ERP implementation & functionality.
Ideal candidate make sure that consistently performance of employees at all levels with rigorous follow up.
It is preferred for easy & less travel time of candidate he / she is Pune South area.
Responsibilities
• Ensure & monitor production efficiencies , inventories, dispatches, payment follow up with team / customers, collections etc.
• Lead team members Track metrics
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Min B.com degree or robust experience in similar field
• Proficient in Excel 2 + year senior level experience preferred with XL Macros , MIS , detail knowledge of costing workings, cost accountancy.
• Act independently & closely with management team and seniors
• Strong communication skill
