Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant is responsible for calculating weekly projections, monthly financial reports and creating monthly journal entries and reconciliations
Assists with budgetary worksheets
Supports Market Controllers with financial projects and hospital department’s productivity
What you will do in this role:
You will prepare month-end journal entries and complete balance sheet reconciliations
Your role helps complete weekly projections and daily volume reports along with preparing monthly MOR reports
Your role demonstrates an understanding of the HCA corporate integrity agreement and the objectives of the ethics and compliance program as evidenced by participation in annual training and appearance to regulations and policies
You will communicate in a positive, effective manner at all times, with all individuals
Your role supports Market Controllers and VP on various projects and duties
These include behavioral health and 24-hour emergency

Senior Accountant
