• Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, inventory, receivables, and payables. Plan and implement systems for financial operations in the office and including systems for cash flow management, budgeting, consolidation of accounting information, internal controls, financial reporting, financial record-keeping, grant management and compliance. Build SOPs and controls for finance processes Maintain banking relations and plan and monitor cash flow requirements to ensure the smooth functioning Prepare monthly standard accounting submissions for review by the Finance and Administration Manger, including general ledger files, account reconciliations, expenditures by cost center/project, as well as other financial information in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare monthly management reports as required, including expenditures by cost center/project and other financial information, in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in developing annual fiscal year budgets together with the Finance and Administration Manager, build cash flow forecasts Continuously stay abreast with policies, procedures, rules and regulations; compile Ensure compliance Booking all PO/bill/SO/Invoice/JV Ensuring timely billing & necessary recordsare maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information with respect to AR & AP Bank Reconciliation Product pricing and profitability assessments Financials prepared for CS AFLA filing Digitally signing invoices/NDA Vendor on-boarding & PO/bill booking Employee Re-imbursements Co-ordinating with CS for timely compliance Monthly books closing Reconciling Ledger accounts Support sales team in Tender bidding/filing Zoho books Cleaning & issues resolving Automating books wherever needed with zoho Finance Audit and Book Closure
