Sr. Associate- Accounts, Filing and Audit
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sr. Associate in Accounts, Filing, and Audit.
Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience in Accounts and Tax, with a strong background in financial statements preparation, finalization of accounts, and internal audit processes.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and accounts for various entities.
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulatory environment and maintain knowledge of related tax laws.
• Understand and apply internal audit processes, including drafting high-quality audit reports.
• Conduct comprehensive research on Revenue, payment, Inventory, Payroll & Statutory Compliances audit.
• Stay updated on critical aspects of GST laws, including compliance, TDS, Income Tax, and other related taxes.
• Develop expertise in Ledger scrutiny and provide exceptional service to clients working closely with a multi-disciplinary tax team.
• Address client queries regarding audit and GST returns with confidence and professionalism.
• Prioritize projects, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively within a team structure.
• Cultivate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and demonstrate detailed knowledge of Tally, with an added advantage if familiar with other software like Zoho, Winman, or Speqta GST.
Requirements:
• Graduate or Semi-Qualified CA with a strong academic record.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations.
