Responsibilities
The Senior Associate acts as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables outlined in the MSA’s are met
Client Leads are highly client facing, pro-active and spend the majority of their time focused on client interaction to provide a hands-on white glove level of service to the clients we serve
Acts as primary point of contact for clients
Completes review of draft financials provided by Philippines team and provides review notes back to the team
Ensures timely completion of client deliverables outlined in MSA’s to include sending monthly financial reporting packs to clients
Ensures sound awareness of the client deliverables and manages scope creep
Highly client facing – prioritizes client contact over emails
Focuses on providing pro-active advice and notifications to clients throughout the month
Demonstrates understanding of Aprio services so that organic growth opportunities for services are identified

The Senior Associate acts as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables outlined in the MSA’s are met. Client Leads are highly client facing, pro-active and spend the majority of their time focused on client interaction to provide a hands-on white glove level of service to the clients we serve.

• Acts as primary point of contact for clients
