JOBDESCRIPTION:iConsultera is seekingcandidates as Senior Accounting Associates with strong educationalbackgrounds and some corporate experience in AP, finalization ofstatements, and handling all the processes of the Real Estatefield. This professional will work on the assigned set ofclients/portfolios and perform said responsibilities in the bestprofessionalmanner.
REQUIREDSKILLS:
• 2+ years of accountingexperience within the corporate/businesssector.
• Hands-on experience in AP, ARusing QuickBooks in Real EstateAccounting.
• Education background witheither Bachelor s or Masters inCommerce.
• Good English communicationskills.
• Knowledge of GAAP, USAccounting, and Taxationprocess.
• Experience in working withmultiple legal entities under different legalumbrellas.
• Must be CPA candidate orCPAenrolled.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performingreconciliations.
• Ensure clientsconsistently receive service excellence in line with our servicestandards
• Develop in-depth knowledgeof all client s financialmatters.
• Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of applicable taxation and other relevant legislation andguidelines.
• Maintains records offinancial transactions by establishing accounts; postingtransactions; ensure legal requirementscompliance.
• Develops a system toaccount for financial transactions by establishing a chart ofaccounts;
• Maintains historicalrecords by filing documents.
• Preparesfinancial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accountinformation and trends.
• Complies withfederal, state, and local legal requirements by studyingrequirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports;advising management on neededactions.
