Job Description
Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
1. The incumbent will oversee bookkeeping for the head office and branches, including overseas entities.
2. Prepare monthly management accounts as per deadlines for the head office, branches, and overseas entity.
3. Ensure timely completion of monthly, annual statutory compliance requirements (GST, TDS, Stock Exchange, SEBI, FEMA & other labor compliances ).
4. Coordinate with internal auditors to ensure timely submission of audit reports.
5. Ensure timely submission of drawing power statements to bankers.
6. Ensure secretarial compliance. A working knowledge of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI is required.
7. Coordinate with statutory and tax auditors.
8. Ensure timely submission of quarterly financial reports to stock exchanges.
9. Provide timely and accurate information to facilitate management's strategic decision-making process.
10 ) Attend income tax assessments and ensure timely submission of data to tax authorities for assessment.
