Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 Annual CTC

As our Accounting Specialist, you’ll ensure the financial health and accuracy of our local operations, making sure our financial data is as reliable as the services we provide.
This isn’t just accounting; it’s about building trust, enabling scale, and empowering people worldwide to work freely and confidently.
What You’ll Do
• Execute general ledger entries and daily bookkeeping with precision
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processing across multiple entities
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to identify discrepancies
• Support the Accounting Manager in the monthly and year-end closing cycles
• Maintain organised financial records and support audit compliance
What You Bring
• +4-6 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in an international or multi-entity environment.
• Proven experience in managing full-cycle bookkeeping and monthly closings.
• Solid understanding of international accounting principles and VAT/tax regulations is highly valued.
• Ownership mindset, excellent attention to detail, and process-driven approach.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Accounting (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications: Professional certification in Accounting (e.g., CA/Inter-CA or ACCA) is a plus.
• Tools/Systems: Expert knowledge of ERP ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite), strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and proficiency in software like Xero.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
