Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive- with an experience of 2-3 years.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good knowledge of Tally and MS Office, Emailing (Must)

 Maintaining proper books of accounts.

 Sound knowledge of GST Portal and GST returns (GST R1 & GST 2B 3B)

 TDS knowledge such as TDS sections, TDS percentage, and TDS payment

process.

Good knowledge of accounts principles like debit credit contra and ledger headings etc.

Good knowledge of Net banking.

 Maintaining proper track of due dates of accounts payable as well as receivables of recurring (i.e. Mobile bills, Electricity, Internet, and

Telephone bills) and occasional bills.

 Responsible for booking Flight tickets

Qualifications and Skill.

 Minimum qualification of B. Com.

 Prior experience of article ship or working with CA firm will be preferred

 Good communication, Problem solving and Time management skills

 Excellent command on MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary CTC ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000 CTC per month.

Days and Time: 6 Days a week (10:00am – 7:00pm) Sunday rotational.

Working Location: Santacruz East , Mumbai - 4000+8,

Note : We are close to Kurla station as compare to Santacruz station. Parallel to BKC
