Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in using Tally ERP + software is essential for this role. As a Female Accountant, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records using Tally ERP +.
2. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
3. Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
5. Conduct regular financial analysis, highlighting trends, issues, and variances.
6. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, providing financial information and supporting them in achieving their objectives.
8. Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

10. Assist in other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in using Tally ERP + software.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
