Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for complete and accurate book-keeping, preparation of Financial Statements as per Companies Act and Group Reporting as per IFRS.
• Preparation of MIS reports, Budget, and Forecast.
• Indirect Tax Compliance viz. Goods and Service Tax Monthly and Yearly Returns preparation, filing, tax payment, audit, assessment etc.
• Direct Tax Compliance viz. Advance Tax computation, Tax Audit Transfer Pricing Return and Income Tax Return preparation and filing, Timely and accurate deduction of withholding tax, payment and Return filing.
• Co-ordinate with Auditors for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Group Reporting and Department Audit etc.
• Company Law Compliance
• Reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation and liaising with bank.
• Prepare / assist in any financial analysis and accounting matters, as needed.

Qualifications
• We are looking for Ideal candidate who is INTER – CA, good knowledge in taxation and forecasting, with 5-6 years of corporate experience.
• Candidate must be detail oriented and able to multitask
