Having sound Accounting knowledge
– Candidate for this job should have detailed knowledge of Tally ERP with
inventory
– Knowledge of ZOHO books and inventory is added advantage
– Having good taxation knowledge for TDS, GST, PT, etc including compliance
– Inter and intra department communication skills
– Undertsand Control ledgers and general ledgers
– Must be able to provide training to juniors as needed for them to perform
– Should have sound knowledge of excel , word PPT, near search and emails
– Preferred experience in Manufacturing/ Trading/ Automobile industry
Job Description:
– Guiding the JR Accountants
– Finalize monthly tax compalince on TDS and GSTR
– Maintaining Control ledgers and general ledgers correctly
– Must be able to match price list to sales made
– Prepare outstanding debtors and creditors list and ensure payment followup
and timely payments
– Ensure all statutory compliances
– Documentation compliance for imports
– Communicate and provide details as required for finalization of statutory
accounts
– Manage requirements for statutory audit and bank audits
– Must be updated with latest tax changes and accordingly train Juniors
– Responsible for working of Junior accountants
– Prepare Stock reconciliations in communication with inventory departments
– Forthnighly and monthly MIS reporting of income and expenses as per
company requirements
– Should prepare documnettaion for process and process changes
– Reporting to Manager
