Job Description
• Maintain timely and accurate financial statements for reporting to management and auditors
• Managing the audit process
• Managing ROC, FEMA compliances in conjunction with external advisors
• Manage and overview GST, TDS and other statutory compliances in conjunction with the team and external advisors
• Assist in implementation of processes and controls regarding accounting and inventory
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting for the year
• Treasury management in conjunction with the Head of Finance
• Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
