Position Summary
Infinera is hiring a Sr. Associate – ‘Order to Cash’
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for Customer Invoicing activities based on Product shipment, services orders etc.
• Responsible for invoice generation process
• Responsible for customer Invoicing corrections Debit/Credit based on the sales order, PO etc.
• Query management and interaction with counterparts with regard to releasing the billing block, delivery order confirmation, documentation etc.
• Account reconciliation and month end activity
• Regular interaction with Order management team and credit controllers related to customer invoicing & cash application
Desired Skills, Qualifications And Attributes
• Graduate/ PG in Finance /Accounting- (BCOM/MBA Finance) 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Invoicing & Cash applications knowledge in SAP is a must
• English writing and speaking skills is a must
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint is a must
• Good accounting skills with regard to Accounts receivable (AR) process is a must
• Flexible to work from office and innovative thinking
• Structured and thorough with analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Highly motivated & Focused team player
• Knowledge about O2C cycle (particularly Order management, Invoicing, Collections & Cash applications process)
• Driven and willing to take own initiatives
