Senior Automation Software Engineer

Automation Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced developer to build and maintain automation workflows that auto-apply to job portals. This role requires advanced browser automation skills, particularly for modern JavaScript-heavy websites (React.js) protected by bot mitigation systems.

You will work closely with our frontend team to integrate automation into our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include developing automation scripts for job application processes across various portals, handling complex login flows, implementing solutions to bypass CAPTCHA and anti-bot systems, and managing cookies, sessions, proxies, and stealth browser automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop automation scripts for job application processes across various portals.
• Handle complex login flows: username/password, OTP, and email-based verification.
• Implement solutions to bypass CAPTCHA and anti-bot systems (e.g., hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA).
• Manage cookies, sessions, proxies, and stealth browser automation techniques.
• Extract and submit job applications using APIs or browser automation.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (React.js) to ensure seamless integration.
• Evaluate the performance of your automation scripts and make improvements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong experience in Python browser automation using Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer (Python port).
• Proven track record of automating JavaScript-heavy SPAs, especially React.js applications.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, session management, and authentication flows.
• Practical experience bypassing CAPTCHAs using 2Captcha, CapSolver, or custom methods.
• Familiarity with rotating proxies, user-agent spoofing, stealth techniques, and headless browsers.
• Ability to inspect and manipulate DOM using browser devtools or automation debugging tools.
