Tech Lead – Angular + HTMLSkills: Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities and get it done in time.He/ she should be able to perform code analysing and reading exercises for current andprevious projects. Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular 18+ best practices . Good knowledge of Type Script, JavaScript, CSS , and HTML (Bootstrap). Developing unit test script to improve code quality. Should have implemented custom JavaScript functionality using standard JS libraries. Understanding of Cross Browser compatibility and standard compliances (web 2.0standards). Good understanding of Data Bases, MySQL preferred He/she will/can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role.All necessary support will be provided for smooth execution of projects. He/she will keepa track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issuesand involve the team to study and learn from existing projects. Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications. Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn newSoftware/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease.Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in the same field Mentor and lead a team of software developers and trainees. Effectively involved with clients and working towards client Satisfaction. Design solutions as per client requirement and responsible for allocating number ofworking hours for solving a problem by team. Presenting and executing unique ideas for product improvement. Coordinate with cross functional teams, sharing effort and coordinating with team todefine the scope of work. Handling a team of 8 members Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
