What role will you play?
As a Senior Business Analyst specialising in Contracts and Documents Management, you will work closely with key stakeholders to analyse, plan, and deliver impactful solutions. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive process efficiencies through the adoption of new technologies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to major transformation projects while developing your expertise within a supportive and high-performing team.
What you offer
7+ years of experience leading business analysis for migration and transformation projects, with a focus on extending automation and artificial intelligence capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to distil complex requirements into actionable solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in Business Transformation within an Institutional Banking environment
A proactive approach and the ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes
A passion for learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in a dynamic environment.
