Senior Position:
We seek a Senior to join our growing Client Accounting Services team.
This role involves managing and reporting financial data for an organization. Key responsibilities include:
• Financial Statement Preparation: Create balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Reconcile Bank and CC accounts independently.
• Financial Data Analysis: Examine trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to predict future revenues and expenses.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to regulatory standards.
• Budget Management: Monitor company budgets and provide financial insights to management. Prepare MIS reports.
• Payroll Journal Entries: Pass monthly journal entries for payroll.
• Adjustment Entries: Pass monthly adjustment entries as per requirements from Partners/CPA for end clients.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. An associate's degree may be acceptable for some positions.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting or a related area.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills. QuickBooks certification is an advantage.
