Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Finance career within a Global TIC business.
In this role , you will be responsible for credit control of designated ledger of customers in line with Element collections policy
This role will be based in Ghatkopar West in Mumbai , India

Responsibilities:
Credit control of designated ledger of customers in line with Element collections policy
Calling Customers for payment of overdue invoices and supplying copy invoices and account statements and logging of reported customer disputes
Weekly conference calls with the business to highlight late paying accounts with defined actions and timelines agreed to resolve disputes while matching of unallocated cash and contact to customers to acquire remittance advices
Escalation of late paying accounts to the Credit Control Manager and to the business and manage stop and off stop management on designated ledger of Customer accounts
Support continuous improvements in cash collection and DSO performance
Skills / Qualifications:
Finance or accounting qualification along with relevant credit control/collections & Customer service experience
Good working knowledge of relevant tax regulations for the country along with good knowledge of accounting and accounts systems
Experience of delivering collections to target
Teamworker with effective communication skills in English as well as the local language
Ability to prioritise and manage a number of projects and/or work streams simultaneously
