Responsibilities:
• Coordinating accounts finalization and assisting in external audits.
• Act as a point of contact between the auditors of different locations and provide information on time as per the guidelines.
• Ensure the completeness of the audit within the set time frame and requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of the accounts and financial statements before the required data and information is submitted to the audit team.
• Analyze and coordinate with the accounts team on accounting information and resolve discrepancies, if any.
• Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures.
• Ensure the completeness of the books and financial statements on time for audit.
• Prepare various financial and management reports.
Requirements:
• 5 - 6 Years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in business systems, accounting ERP, MS Office & financial planning software.
• Experience in India GAAP, US GAAP.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
• Excellent report writing & communication skills.
