Job Description
•Sound knowledge in Day to Day accounting entries to ensure all business transactions
•Expert knowledge of Tally ERP + accounting i.e. Tally accounting for cash and bank transactions, purchase and sales transactions, debit, and credit notes, journal entries, GST transactions /invoicing/ stock accounting/ payroll/ TDS entries
•Preparation and filing of Income tax returns of individuals, partnership firms, and limited companies
•Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns
•Working knowledge of GST and preparation and filing of GST returns including annual returns, GST Reg. , Bank cancellation formalities
•Processing vender bills and Payments, Bank reconciliation
•Handling Petty Cash
•Coordinating with Statutory consultants for payments related to PF, ESIC, PT and MLWF
•Must have knowledge of Tally ERP
•Should know the basic accounting principles
•Eye for details
•Good communication skills
