As a Sr Treasury Manager/Treasury Manager at Ultrahuman, you will play a crucial role in managing the treasury function of a rapidly growing, profitable company with a valuation of approximately $500M. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-scaling health-tech company that is revolutionizing metabolic health through wearable technology, real-time analytics, and powerful digital platforms. Your role will involve overseeing daily liquidity, cash flow, and banking operations to ensure optimal financial positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks such as interest rate, currency, and credit exposures
- Supervise the treasury team and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Deliver accurate treasury reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management
- Ensure adherence to relevant statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications Required:
- CA or CFA certification
- 38 years of progressive treasury experience
- Experience with Corporate treasury management, Cash flow forecasting and optimization, Treasury operations and controls
- Experience with treasury banking operations
- Expertise in financial modeling and analysis
- Ability to develop and execute treasury policies and procedures
- Experience of handling import/export transactions
- Experience with any treasury technology systems (e.g., TMS implementation)
- Exposure to international banking and cross-border transactions
In this role, you will operate treasury functions in a global business spanning 140 countries, with multi-continent manufacturing and sourcing.
