• Nurture strategic partnerships with GBS and other business partners.
• Oversee incident management, reporting, and communication strategies.
Main Objectives
• Develop expertise in all AR activities, maintaining a Centre of excellence.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key customer accounts within BP portfolios.
• Drive performance targets, fostering leadership and mentorship.
• Maintain focus on low-effort service delivery and customer data integrity.
• Implement key performance indicators and global Process Performance Indicators.
• Evaluate and optimize receivables account management.
• Assume ownership of emerging opportunities across CI & Opex.
• Support collaboration and knowledge-sharing among Key Accounts teams.
