Job Description:
1. Overseeing Finance & Accounting, Auditing and other management operations for the companies
2. Build framework for business process assessment using relevant approaches i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Process Simulations and Business Process Engineering Techniques. Expertise in process automation.
3. Liaisoning with Auditors, Consultants, Service Providers, Suppliers, Vendors, or freight forwarders.
4. Funds Management & Budgeting:
Forecast cash flow positions
Maintain banking relationships
Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
Manage the preparation of the company's budget
Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
Manage Sales Forecasting and Expenses Projection
5. Financial Analysis and Internal Auditing:
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
Manage periodic books of accounts and report them to management
Review company’s bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company
Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
Conduct planned internal audit of the organization
Preferred Qualification:
Chartered Accounted/Certified Public Accountant
Required Competencies:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience in US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principle, USA).
Expert in finalization of periodic accounting books
Commercial and business awareness
An analytical approach to work
Problem-solving skills and self-initiative
Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
Capacity to make quick but rational decisions
Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a flexible and fluid environment.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Strong Project management skills
Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional capacity
