Nayanta University is seeking an experienced and leadership-oriented Manager – Finance and Accounts to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, statutory compliance, audit management, and team leadership. The incumbent will be responsible for taking accounts to finalisation stage, managing MIS reporting cycles for the CFO and Board, leading the finance team, and ensuring robust compliance across taxation, GST, and charitable organisation requirements. The role demands a strong command of Tally and ERP systems, sound judgement in financial governance, and the ability to liaise effectively with auditors, regulators, and institutional leadership. This is a senior individual contributor and team management role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Accounts Finalisation – Charitable & Educational Institutions
Own and manage the complete accounting cycle for the University up to and including finalisation of accounts – covering trial balance, adjustments, provisions, and financial statements.
Prepare annual financial statements, including Receipts and Payments
