Job Location- Rexus India. Pvt. Ltd. C312, Mittal Commercia, Marol, Andheri (East),
Mumbai, Maharashtra-40005+.
Timings:- 1 to 10 pm or 10-7 pm IST, Mon- Fri
Qualification – Any Bachelors degree BCom, M.Com or equivalent experience or CA or CIMA or MBA Finance additionally CS and LLB degree would be an advantage.
Experience- 3 to 5 year's maximum related experience in the accounting & Admin.
Experience Criteria - Only Candidates with a minimum of continuous 3 years' experience in one organization will only be considered until and unless there is a strong valid reason for job change will be considered.
Description:
Co-ordinating with internal team & outside clients, Good Communication skills written and verbal, day to day accounting work & handling back-office operations, Payroll & HR, Admin, Taxation, CS, etc. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
General Responsibilities and Objectives:
1. Managing Receivables & Payables, Preparing Sales & Purchase in Tally ERP +.
2. · Verification of Monthly Computation of TDS, GST, prepared by team, Finalization working, Working (GSTR-1-2-3), Payment of EPF, ESIC, Profession Tax.
3. · Audit of purchase and general expenses tax invoices, Verification of book of accounts (Profit and loss account, Balance Sheet)
4. · Preparation of Salary Sheet.
5. · Payment follow-ups & ensure to maintain the flow of payables & receivables as per management instructions.
6. Stock Journal Knowledge
7. Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, Handling Petty Cash.
8. Expenses Booking & Reconciliation.
+. Knowledge of Import Export Documentation will have Preference.
10. Daily HR & Administration Work along with Company Secretarial practices.
11. Preparation of PO & Invoices
12. Preparation of monthly salary and Payroll.
13. Preparing RTGS & NEFT for fund transfer Bank correspondence/ Bank related work & Bank Reconciliation.
14. Vendor Payments and Vendor Management.
15. Drafting letters e.g. bank letter, service letters, offer letters.
16. GST, Income Tax, TDS & Finalization of accounts, Tally & MS office.
17. Along with the Sr. Accountant profile, this profile requires HR & Admin management work as well.
18. Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
1+. Preparing Profit and Loss Statement and Financial Forecasting.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Good knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
2. Good Communication (verbal & written) & Interpersonal skill Having knowledge of Accounting, Taxation & Financial Markets.
3. General management skills.
4. Integrity, respect, honesty and trustworthiness.
5. Self-disciplined, punctuality, able to self-manage and set goals
6. HR management (good to have understanding of legislation and procedures) Presentation and meeting facilitation skill.
7. Report writing and document management.
Education and Formal Training:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Taxation & Financial Management or B.Com or M.Com is also considered. CA, etc.
