We are seeking an experienced consultant to take the lead in onboarding new customers and spearheading the implementation of our product. This role requires an individual with a keen interest in being hands-on and influencing our product roadmap positively.

About the Role:
NetDynamic is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to join our growing NetSuite Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients—leveraging your strong accounting expertise and business acumen to lead implementations, guide strategic decisions, and help businesses maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a client-facing lead on NetSuite projects from discovery through go-live
Participate in scoping and pre-sales calls with prospective clients
Understand and analyze complex financial processes to tailor solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact results
Lead and mentor consultants on project execution and best practices
Communicate confidently with C-level stakeholders and guide strategic conversations
Translate business requirements into technical needs within NetSuite
Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with high standards
What You Bring:
CPA designation or equivalent accounting/finance background
Prior experience as a Controller or Director of Finance will be a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, consulting, and business operations
Ability to quickly learn and work within NetSuite and related tools
Proven leadership in managing client relationships and project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset and confidence in dealing with executives
Nice to Have:
ERP implementation experience, preferably with NetSuite or similar platforms
