Finance Manager Role
The position of Finance Manager is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. Key responsibilities include creating transfer pricing workings for sister entities, managing bank payments and AP invoice booking, coordinating with various teams for AP and taxes activities, participating in statutory audits and internal audits, and responsible for monthly book closing.
Accounting Responsibilities
• Manage the FAR (Fixed Asset Register) and reconcile it with the company's books of accounts
• Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis
• Prepare cash flow projections
Financial Systems and Controls
• Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a CA qualification and 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure. Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale and working in technology-enabled spaces is an added advantage. Additionally, knowledge of IndAS/IFRS and excellent working skills of MS Office are essential.
