The opportunity:
Step into a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the Distribution Leadership Team to lead and deliver game-changing strategic initiatives.
You’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and success across Distribution Operations and Digital Distribution - playing a key role in shaping and powering AIA’s Digital Distribution Strategy!
Key responsibilities include:
Defining the Digital Partner strategy to support identification, exploration, value opportunity, and engagement of key partners to achieve set KPIs.
Lifting Direct-to-Customer core proposition offerings and creating compelling value proposition for the partner and their customer.
Onboarding and end-to-end integration with the most appropriate technology and operating solution with select partners, achieving maximum efficiencies and scalability at speed.
Overall responsibility for project and key strategic initiative delivery, working closely with the Project Sponsors and Business Owners to ensure on-going strategic alignment and delivery of business objectives.
Coordinating change management activities to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives and projects.
Working closely with Growth & Initiatives Specialists across all channels, as well as the Performance & Delivery Specialists, to ensure alignment, collaboration and consistency.
Proactively seeking opportunities to improve, develop and enhance our offering to Advisors, Customers and Business Partners.
Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of the external operating environment, including the economy, competitors, and digital.
Leading and advising on all planning activities related to project and initiative outcomes.
Maintaining relationships with Customer, Product, Pricing, Marketing and other relevant internal teams that support all channels, to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to channel activities.
Compiling necessary reports and data, including presentations and statistics.
Collating, analysing, and identifying sales anomalies within statistical data and information.
Ideally, you’ll bring:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building strong connections at all levels, both internally and externally.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a talent for collaborating to develop solutions that meet business needs.
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Knowledge of the financial services or insurance industry (preferred).
