Senior Manager - Supply Chain at Kicky and Perky

Job Profile:
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Supply Chain with 4-7 years of experience in Demand/Supply planning. Candidates with a postgraduate/ Graduation in Supply Chain or Operations are preferred.
Role Objective:
This position aims to ensure the business meets future demand, operating with optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities as a Demand Planner include estimating future product demand and analyzing inventory flow to develop accurate forecasting models. Ultimately, the role collaborates with organizational leaders to ensure uninterrupted supply to consumers based on anticipated demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive forecasting and S&OP for the category.
- Develop ordering strategies and replenishment plans.
- Ensure high product availability (both national and regional).
- Reduce out-of-stock instances and control problem inventory such as overstocking .
- Plan for events, seasonal demands, festive periods, and BAU (business as usual) stock requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to understand and execute business needs.
- Collaborate with the supply planning and warehouse teams as per business requirements.
- Develop systems and processes for demand planning.
- Create joint business plans with vendors to understand their supply structures.
- Analyze inventory levels and optimize distribution.
- Plan sales and replenishment for new regions.
- Manage inventory turnover effectively.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in mathematical and statistical analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain domain.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong planning and prioritizing abilities.
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to build long-term relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to present data visually and provide concise, documented insights.
