This Leading Investment Manager on is committed to building a high performance focused culture, as well as actively developing and encouraging its team for longer term individual career opportunities. Increased demand for quality investment accounting reporting from the investment team have driven the requirement for this newly created Senior Fund Accountant position.
As part of the investment accounting team, the Senior Investment Fund Accountant will be focused on a variety of challenging day to day investment accountant work to support the investment team focusing across multiple sectors including Property, International Equities and Alternative Investments. Your challenges will you will also be to show initiative and proactive approach to seek improve efficiencies and working with senior stakeholder across this investment group.
To be successful you will have some previous Investment Fund Accounting experience (5 years +) from either the investment management, superannuation, banking, wealth management, custody or Big 4 with some hands-on technical knowledge across investment accounting and a proactive communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business. Experience across unit pricing, investment fund accounting is ideal with some exposure to investment trusts with either CA/CPA qualifications being well regarded.
