Neelkanth Realty, one of the renowned Real Estate Developers in Mumbai is looking for a highly experienced and motivated "Junior Accountants & Senior Accountants" (04 vacancies) for its offices in Thane and Nariman Point, Mumbai respectively.

The person will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.

Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.
• Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, ensuring timely completion of audit reports and recommendations.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the management team, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Maintain and improve the company's internal control systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• For Junior Accountant - BCom with 2-3 yrs of experience
• For Senior Accountant - MCom with 5-6 yrs of experience (CA preferred)
• Experience into Real Estate will be an added advantage.
• Detail Oriented.
• Good knowledge of Taxation.
