We are hiring for a sharp financial mind to deliver timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights to our business teams. You’ll be the go-to partner for Revenue and Marketing (with potential to expand across other portfolios), helping drive smarter decisions through meaningful financial support.
The opportunity - Te tūranga
As Senior Management Accountant reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for
Providing accurate and timely financial reporting, management information and support to Business Areas (Currently Revenue and Marketing but portfolios may change).
Ensuring financial policy, procedure and proper business disciplines are followed within the Business Areas.
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
What we're looking for - Tā mātou e kimi nei
To be successful in this role, we are looking for
Relevant Commercial or Finance department experience, including experience in a complex business
Strong management/financial accounting experience
Energy and enthusiasm.
Resilience during times of change.
Strong relationship management skills – you’ll be able to work with other members of the team and other departments to achieve outcomes.
High attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and time management.
Initiative and a proactive approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent problem solving and listening skills.
Strong familiarity using computer systems.
Ability to cope with difficult situations calmly and confidently.
