Digamber Capfin Limited (DCL) is one of the largest NBFC in India, and its head quarter is based out in Jaipur city of Rajasthan.
DCL was incorporated in 1++5 with a vision to provide financial services and access to marginalized low income groups, especially women entrepreneurs, who do not have a formal access of banking services for their business upliftment.
Currently, company is operating in + states with wide spread network of 200+ branches with human asset of 2100 plus.
Reporting to : Head - Accounts
The Senior Accounts Manager will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits.
This person will manage the accounts payable function, payroll function, monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements.
Job Responsibilities :
• Reviewing the Financial Statements (B / s, P&L, and Cash Flow Statement etc) prepared as per Ind AS.
• Ensuring good quality and accurate closure of financial results through close interactions with Auditors and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing and articulating cash flow requirements for the Entity in a timely manner such that Business requirements are met on time.
• Preparation of Deferred tax provisions, Notes to Accounts & compliance with Companies Act of corporate clients etc.
• Co-ordinate with Bank Officials
• Support on management reporting including ad-hoc requirements
• Ensure limited review and statutory audit is completed on time
• Resolve queries of auditors (Both Internal and Statutory)
• Internal financial controls & Risk Management
• Performing treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management.
• Driving automation in identified areas to build enhanced controls and to drive efficiency. Digitization / Planning and implementation of technological upgrades
• Expertise in Books Finalization in tally and GST Returns, Tax Returns and TDS Compliance & Management reporting.
