Our Client is an Indian Real Estate and Infrastructure Company founded in 1++4.
Job Purpose:
Accountable for Jaipur profit center of IC&IC Business Responsible for managing the other three profit centers of IC&IC Business located at Ahmedabad & Pune (MIPPL, KTL & ITML). Acts as a Financial Controller for the organization & responsible for the accuracy of accounting activities.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Formulating budgets to achieve these Budgets in close coordination with Business Teams.
2. Forecasting, planning, and driving profitability initiatives.
3. Ensuring good quality and accurate closure of financial results for Jaipur entity in IC&IC business through close interactions with Auditors and other stakeholders
4. Reviewing the financial statements viz. P&L Account, Balance Sheets, and Cashflows.
5. Participating in Board Meetings and presenting various aspects related to Finance, Business, etc
6. Close interactions with joint venture partners like IFC Word Bank, State Government
7. Reviewing and articulating cash flow requirements for the Entity in a timely manner such that Business requirements are met on time.
8. Appreciating various Balance Sheet Risks and initiating actions to mitigate these Risks in a time bound manner in close coordination with Counsels and Corporate Teams
+. Reviewing existing processes and leading the implementation of systems aimed at enhancing process and operational efficiency of the organization.
10. Driving automation in identified areas to build enhanced controls and to drive efficiency. Digitization/ Planning and implementation of technological upgrades
11. Ensuring up-to-date SAP and other platforms from an accounting standpoint
12. Internal financial controls & Risk Management
Candidate Profile
# CA
- Proficient in IGAAP, IND AS, & Corporate Finance
- Excellent know-how of SAP FICO ERP, and MS-Excel
- Proficiency in Company's Act and SEBI-related compliances
- Understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxes
