Position: Senior Manager and DGM Accounts & Finance
Qualification: CA
Experience: 6 to + years

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy and Operational
• Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives
• Manage Full-sets of accounts, till finalization of balance sheet
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with local laws. Reporting Standards and manage the audit process.
• Prepare and submit taxation calculations and reports to relevant taxation authorities, including appropriate treatment of relevant double-taxation agreements
• Prepares monthly position of actual results against budget, analyze results and recommend to Executive Committee measures required to meet budget
• Analyze financial and management reports
• Maintaining proper accounting records
• Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures
• Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors
• Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities
• Offering expert financial advice and services to clients
• Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies
• Preparing budgets, annual reports and strategies
• Advising clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions
• Processing online payments and bank statements
• Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities
• Negotiating monetary terms with vendors
• Providing assistance with tax planning and Payroll
Business Intelligence
• Preparing an Annual Operational Plan
• Preparing and forecasting budget reports
• Conducting internal and external audits
• Analyzing the company’s financial systems and procedures
Required Specifications:
• CA with Minimum 6Years of relevant experience with Same Industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Impressive oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively
• Good mathematical skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to handle many tasks at the same time
