Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing in Surrey, BC at our Head Office. This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid work model for candidates based in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland. Those located elsewhere in Canada will work fully remote, with occasional travel to branches and offices as needed.
Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $94,400 to $118,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will collaborate with the Senior Director, Brand & Marketing, to establish Westland's digital strategy and lead a team of digital marketing professionals.

Why we’ll love You:
Extensive experience with web analytics (GA4), WordPress, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), paid media (e.g., Google Ads), and CRM/marketing automation (preferably HubSpot)
Strategic thinker with a strong execution track record
Proven track record of leading high-scale paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels to drive qualified lead acquisition at scale. Adept at full-funnel optimization, budget pacing, bid strategy refinement, and leveraging platform signals and audience data to exceed targets
Strong copywriting skills for both external and internal communications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Highly collaborative, able to work closely with marketing and sales leaders to drive effective initiatives
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Once here, you'll:
Establish our digital strategy and manage monthly performance digital marketing budget
Own our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and tactical execution
Work closely with the CX team to enhance website performance through A/B testing and optimization
Drive business objectives through our email and automation program and manage Zapier integrations
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance across owned channels, exploring new opportunities and delivering results
Collaborate with regional sales and marketing leaders to maximize region-specific opportunities
Lead and mentor a small, specialized digital marketing team - driving execution, innovation, and growth
