Job Title: Senior Manager - Operations / Business
Location: Borivali West - Mumbai
(Travel to Thane and Charni Road as per business needs)
Work Schedule: Full-time | 8 hours | Weekend availability required as per business demands (Comp-off on a weekday)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Manager to lead and oversee overall centre operations at FPA Edutech. The role involves managing Sales, Academics, Operations, and Student Support teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day floor functioning, target achievement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, monitor team performance closely, maintain discipline and productivity on the floor, and enhance the overall student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Oversee daily centre operations and supervise floor activities
Lead, mentor, and monitor team leaders and executives
Track KPIs such as admissions, conversions, retention, and productivity
Conduct daily reviews and ensure team discipline and performance
Analyze MIS reports and take corrective actions where required
Optimize operational efficiency
Handle escalations and ensure high service standards
Ensure revenue targets are achieved Identify opportunities for business growth and expansionQualifications & Requirements
5+ years of experience in or operations role (EdTech / Education preferred) Strong experience in team handling and floor supervision
Proven track record in revenue management and target achievement Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in performance monitoring and budget management Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Knowledge of ACCA / CMA / CFA / CFP programs is an added advantageRemuneration
