About the role

In this newly created leadership role, you will drive the successful design, transition, and ongoing performance of critical services across their entire lifecycle. Collaborating closely with Architecture, Delivery, and Operational teams, you'll ensure services are well-designed, efficiently delivered, and fully supported. By leveraging data and performance insights, you'll provide the business with a clear view of service effectiveness, enabling smarter decisions. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring smooth service transitions, aligning technical delivery with strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new initiatives into operations and develop comprehensive onboarding plans.
Coordinate with internal teams and outsourced partners for seamless transitions, ensuring compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor KPIs to track onboarding success and partner performance, while championing best practices in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and operational readiness.
About you

We're seeking a seasoned ICT professional with a strong background in technology operations, service planning, and transition management. With 7+ years of experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex system go-lives and leading cross-functional teams. Strategic and commercially sharp, you know how to maximise spend and drive value. With a deep grasp of business operations, you bring a results-focused mindset.

You bring:

Expertise in tech operations, service planning, and transition management
Experience with large-scale integrations and system rollouts
Strength in streamlining processes and using data to drive performance
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building
Commercially focused with a sharp eye on value and outcomes
Preferably a Relevant degree and/or certifications, experience with cloud, digital transformation, and ITSM
A background in energy sector and ISO 27001 familiarity would be advantageous
