About The Position
We are seeking seasoned Senior Rehabilitation Consultants (OT, EP, Physio) eager to make a significant impact by delivering top-notch assessment, intervention, and case management services. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely from any location within Australia, providing services to clients in various schemes, including Workers Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance. Embrace the flexibility and autonomy of working from home while contributing to meaningful, life-changing outcomes.
Key Requirements
Must have full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
A minimum of 18 months experience in a workplace rehabilitation rehabilitation consultant role is required.
Must possess a thorough understanding and experience within the NSW workers compensation occupational rehabilitation setting.
On offer:
Salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super
Reimbursement on work-related travel
Professional development leave (2 days per year)
Up to $1,500 professional development reimbursement
Uncapped bonus structure if KPIs are achieved
