The Job Description
As a Store Manager at Rockwear, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, developing and executing visual merchandising directives, coaching and mentoring team members, and identifying opportunities to maximize sales.
