What We're Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager who excels at:
Thoughtful gift giving - don’t send a bottle of wine to your clients - you send personal, funny and thoughtful gifts, like a DVD box set of Buffy or whatever.
Building strong client relationships—our clients need a trusted partner who understands their business inside and out.
Creating and executing innovative social media strategies that hit client objectives out of the park.
Managing social media marketing activities (organic and paid) for your client portfolio while maintaining great communication.
Delegating and collaborating effectively with your support team and external suppliers with robust briefs.
Ideating trend-setting, scroll stopping, engaging content that’s on-brand and in line with platform requirements.
Creating insightful reports that align with clients' business goals.
Great attention to detail - stick the word “Bosco” in your resume for bonus points
Writing briefs/proposals and managing campaigns within budget, optimising towards KPIs.
Identifying growth opportunities and confidently proposing upsell recommendations.

What You Need
Minimum 3 years of agency experience, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
Proven experience with TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
A solid understanding of Social Media metrics and how to turn data into actionable insights.
Experience briefing content creation to animators, designers, and photographers.
A proactive attitude, with accountability and professionalism at your core.
