Job Overview
PipeVision Technology Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales and Marketing Associate to spearhead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and enhancing brand visibility across Canada.
The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of technical understanding, creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales plans, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients in the pipeline inspection and utility locating industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell our range of inspection and utility locating equipment through various channels, including cold calls, in-person meetings, social media engagement, and email campaigns.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients to grow the customer base and build long-term business relationships.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue and market share.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to boost brand visibility.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data and insights.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Budget Management: Oversee budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Product Promotion: Run Google Ads campaigns, manage product updates, and maintain online product listings across digital platforms.
Event Participation: Travel across Canada as needed for trade shows, product demonstrations, and client visits.
Experience
Experience
Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably within the industrial equipment, construction, or technology sectors.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships.
Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Google Ads, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Familiarity with B2B sales processes, including prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on measurable results.
Prior involvement in trade shows, product demos, or technical presentations is an asset.
Compensation
Base Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
Commission Structure: Performance-based commission on sales, with uncapped earning potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
