About us:

Making a meaningful difference with mission-critical software that empowers communities to thrive.

ReadyTech is more than just a one-trick pony playing in one market with one product, or one customer. We re-imagine, design, develop and deliver technology to solve our customer’s diverse problems – supporting multiple businesses across a variety of markets to be ready for anything.

We’re an ASX-listed company which means we are stable, have a strong track record of sustainable growth and have a significant number of long-term customers. So, what does this mean for you? It means we can offer you an experience that will push you to be your best, provide career-building challenges, and that will offer you numerous growth opportunities that can’t be found in any other company.

It’s an inclusive environment where there is no place for politics, where we get our heads together to solve the problems that really matter to our customers, and where we always stay focused on our north star – the communities we serve, and society at large.

The key accountabilities of the role:

Lead the development and execution of acquisition campaigns that generate new leads and
build qualified pipeline across key industry segments.

Drive prospect progression through early to mid-funnel stages – from awareness through to
engagement, MQL and sales-ready.

Collaborate with the Email & Paid Media Specialist to deliver and optimise digital-first, always on and campaign-based programs.
Partner with Industry Marketing Leads to shape campaign plans aligned to audience insights,
GTM priorities and segment-level messaging.

Work with the Brand, Content & Experience team to brief, align and activate content assets in
support of campaign goals.

Identify opportunities for testing, iteration and continuous improvement in messaging,
targeting, and channel strategy.

The key responsibilities of the role:

Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of acquisition-focused marketing campaigns
across paid, inbound, and digital channels.

Translate campaign objectives into executable tactics and clear briefs – aligning stakeholders
on timing, target audience, and campaign flow.

Activate campaign assets through appropriate channels in collaboration with media and
content partners.

Coordinate with Industry Marketing Lead and Sales teams to ensure campaign readiness,
effective lead handover, and alignment on qualification criteria.

Monitor channel performance and lead-stage conversion in partnership with the Marketing
Ops & Analytics team.

Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign sequencing, messaging and audience
engagement tactics.

Maintain visibility across campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with wider marketing and
GTM activity.

The key requirements for the role:

Strong campaign planning and execution capability, with a focus on top and mid-funnel performance.
Collaborative and highly organised, with strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
Commercially aware and motivated by growth, pipeline contribution and sales enablement.
Comfortable working across teams, channels and campaign formats in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and full-funnel marketing strategy.
Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads), inbound tactics, and lead conversion best practices.
Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred).
Awareness of how campaign roles integrate with brand, content, and marketing ops.
5+ years’ experience in B2B campaign marketing or demand generation roles, ideally within SaaS or technology-driven organisations.
Demonstrated experience running multi-channel acquisition campaigns and improving funnel conversion outcomes.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that generate measurable impact.
