ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the successful execution of the GBO Capability strategy for assigned Towers, ensuring on time and in full deliveryResponsibility for designing domain specific learning courses and assets, working with internal and industry Subject matter expertsUnderstand the GBO Capability & Skills Architectures and in specific the skill definitions for Finance experience related domain and process skillsProactively identify and curate content for allocated skills from own research and harvested from Experts (Internal & third Party) Periodic review of content quality and readinessManage integrity and cohesion of content available for skills and update / amend over time as content evolvesManage Network sessions where Internal and Industry leaders connect with learners on domain specific skills, sharing their knowledge and experienceDesign and manage Apply activities that help learners put a skill into practice, through tasks, projects, and gig opportunitiesEnsure the learning assets and journeys in My Learning Hub are updated and maintainedDesign and review the Enable certifications ensuring content and related learning assets are reviewed regularly for relevance and effectivenessSupport in the design and deployment of cross-skilling and re-skilling initiativesWork with learning data and metrics to draw insights on skill, to better inform the capability strategy and improve learner experienceQualificationsUniversity graduate, B Com, BBA, BBM, MBA Finance (preferred)ExperienceWork experience in the field of Finance & Accounting, process expertise.Understanding of process lifecycle in Finance Experience teamsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills This role requires primarily working with senior folks to seek inputs and as an end-customer in a team environmentComfort with ambiguity We always have some unknowns to work with. Ability to make reasonable assumptions, ask questions, learn fast, and be comfortable with ambiguity is importantAbility to Communicate ideas and concepts effectivelyDesigning PowerPoint decks good storyboarding skillsProject Management skills work on Initiatives and ability to handle small assignments independently
