We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tally Accountant with an excellent academic background in commerce and advanced proficiency in Tally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling accounts and Tally within any industry, and not more than 7 years of overall experience. This is a full-time, opportunity to work from anywhere in India.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP software.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
• If applicable, manage and optimize e-commerce accounting processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 80% marks.
• Master's degree in Commerce is preferred.
• Advanced level Tally certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and Tally; total experience not exceeding 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• E-commerce experience is a plus .
Compensation:
• Salary range: INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Additional INR 5,000 for candidates with e-commerce experience.
