Air-Ticketing job Duties Ticket agents greet airline customers, help check baggage, and assign seats on the aircraft. This role involves a large amount of customer service as well as lifting larger bags onto the belt behind the counter. These airline representatives are responsible for handling ticket reservations, cancellations, alterations, and informing customers when a flight has been delayed or canceled.

The successful candidate will be part of the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Sustainability Office (SO) within the Corporate Planning Division. Your primary role is to support SO with carbon emissions monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) requirements to meet regulatory compliance and sustainability reporting. In addition, you will assist with other environments/sustainability projects and publications and provide administrative support for the department.

Singapore Airlines training program covers topics such as:
• Product Knowledge including Food & Beverage
• Service Procedures
• Passenger Handling
• Deportment & Grooming
• Language & Communication Skills
• Safety Equipment Procedures
• First Aid

Upon successful completion of training, flying duties will commence.

10+2 with a minimum score of 60% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics & English Singapore Airlines Jobs

Job Description:
• Be of Indian Nationality, or hold an Overseas Citizenship of India
• Age: Between 18 – 32 years
• Education Qualification: 10+2 with a minimum score of 60% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics & English
• Candidate to possess valid Indian DGCA CPL, FRTO, COP/RTR, IR, and ME
• Unrestricted Class I Medical
• The candidate should have the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language to a minimum ICAO Level 4 standard and the same needs to be endorsed on CPL
• A320 Type rating endorsement is required
• Candidates with ATPL papers cleared preferred
• University Graduates in addition
