We are seeking a Full Stack Team Lead to lead our development team in creating innovative and high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development and be able to manage a team of developers, ensuring they meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.
Responsibilities :
• Lead a team of full stack developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• The role is responsible for designing, coding, and deploying high-performance applications.
• Must be an expert in technologies like Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, JSP, Servlets, Web Application, HTML, CSS, Java Script, PostgreSQL/ Mongo DB.
• Ensure the team is meeting deadlines and delivering work on time.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure goals are achieved.
• Develop and implement software development processes and methodologies that improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the team, ensuring they are delivering high-quality work.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience in leading a team of developers, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
• Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills.
• Work exp. in Java, Frameworks like: Spring boot, JPA/Hibernate, J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP and Web Application Server is mandatory.
• Strong skills in HTML, Java Script, XML, CSS and Mango DB.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
