Social Media & Advertising Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
Create visually appealing graphics and engaging copy for various social media platforms using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Hootsuite.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support e-commerce initiatives through targeted advertising efforts.
Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance social media presence.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions to foster relationships with customers.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
Qualifications

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Illustrator).
Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and online advertising practices.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and trends.
Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creativity and storytelling.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
