The Goat Tap & Eatery is hiring a full time content creator for our properties in Windsor, LaSalle and Lakeshore. Please apply directly within Indeed.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Content Creation: Create high-quality, compelling, and visually appealing content (primarily video and animation) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content that aligns with campaigns, events, and relevant industry trends.
Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's values, messaging, and target audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics and tools. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to optimize content strategy and engagement.
Social Media Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns, including content creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithms, best practices, and emerging platforms. Continuously research and explore innovative ways to enhance our social media presence.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably in social media marketing.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional content creation skills across various social media platforms.
Creativity: A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique, engaging content ideas.
Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Visual and Written Communication: Excellent visual design skills, including photo and video editing. Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy.
Branding and Voice: A keen eye for branding and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice throughout all content.
Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure and analyze content performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product.
